What temperature zones do Core X Partners support?

Core X Partners supports multiple temperature-controlled zones designed to meet the needs of perishable, frozen, and temperature-sensitive products across the cold chain. Storage environments are selected and managed in accordance with documented product requirements to protect safety, quality, and compliance.

Temperature zones supported include:

  • Refrigerated (Chilled) Storage
Used for perishable foods and other products that must be held below 41°F (5°C), commonly within a 32°F–40°F (0°C–4°C) range, depending on product specifications.
  • Frozen Storage
Designed for products that require consistent frozen conditions, typically at 0°F (–18°C) or lower, to preserve quality, shelf life, and safety.
  • Deep-Freeze Storage
Supports products with lower temperature requirements or extended storage needs that require tighter temperature control.
  • Controlled Staging and Handling Areas
Temperature-managed areas are used during receiving, staging, and internal movement to reduce exposure risk during handoffs between storage and transportation.

Core X facilities use temperature zoning and segregation to store products with different requirements within the same location while minimizing cross-exposure and temperature fluctuation. Continuous monitoring, documented procedures, and centralized quality oversight help ensure each temperature zone operates within defined limits.
